A secret German base reveals the impossible: Manfred von Richthofen, presumed dead, has been rebuilt using alien technology and is now half human, mostly cyborg – and very smug about it. Meanwhile, two eccentric members of a shadowy organization recruit Evelyn Ceriwyn, a talented singer with a mysterious past, after discovering her voice uniquely interacts with alien artifacts.
